Segmentation is a process to divide your customer into sub-groups based on types of shared characteristics such as birth month, gender, location, etc. Some user may use this feature to group their customer to develop market size as well as executing campaign to specific target of costumer.
To access your Segmentation dashboard, go to Segmentation menu from the left menu bar. List of your segmentation will be created. If you don’t see any Segmentation, please see how to create segmentation section to create a new segmentation.
To create a Segmentation, you must have registered customers on your UPBOND account.
From the Segmentation dashboard, click on “Create a Segmentation” button on the right of the page.
Give your segmentation a name, and click “Save and Create a Segmentation rule”
Before creating a segmentation, you must first create segmentation options through the settings button on the bottom right of the page.
Click “+” Button on the pop up to create new options
Select the options you want to create segmentation from and click submit button to finish.
After options has been set, click on “+” button to create new Segmentation
Select a decision by choosing Options, decision, and type in value of segmentation. To finish, click “Add” button.
The number of segmented customer will be displayed on the Segmentation Edit Page. To Add another segmentation value, click on “+” button
Now you have a segmentation! You will see the new segmentation on the Segmentation Dashboard page.
To edit segmentation, go to Segmentation Dashboard Page and click on the Segmentation you want to edit.
Segmentation detail page will be displayed, Click on “Edit Segmentation” button to continue editing the segmentation.
You are now in the Segmentation Edit Page and can edit the selected segmentation.
