What is Campaign?

Campaign is an organized set of action workflow to achieve a goal. There are plenty of options to create a campaign which depends on the number of application integrated to your UPBOND account.

Typical of UPBOND Campaign consists of Triggers and Action.

• A trigger is an event that occurs in the integrated application. Event such as new message, new subscription, new followers can be considered and selected as trigger.
• An Action is an event that is created in response to a trigger. Event such as send message, send email, etc, can be selected as action.

Campaign Dashboard

To access your UPBOND Campaign dashboard, click on Campaign from the left bar. On this page, you will be shown the list of campaign that you have created.

1. There is a search campaign box to search specific campaign name.

   

2. You may also filter the campaign by defining apps, date & active status. Click Apply button to filter the intended criteria or Reset to reset the filter criteria.

On the Campaign list, there is an “On” and “Off” button to turn the campaign on/off as well as a trash button to delete a campaign. Please be aware if you click the delete button, this action is irreversible.

Create a Campaign

To create a campaign, click on New Campaign button on the top right of the dashboard.

2. Give a name for your new campaign and click “Save and Create the Campaign flow”

This is a Campaign flow page. This page will show the campaign workflow information. Click on the “+” button to set a first event.
